Baggage Allowance
Cabin baggage: All passengers may carry on one piece of hand luggage for free with a maximum size of 40 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm, which must be placed underneath the seat in front. Passengers who have purchased the WIZZ Priority service are allowed to carry an additional wheeled suitcase with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm.
Checked baggage: Bags of 10 kilos, 20 kilos and 32 kilos may be checked in via the Logitravel website or upon arrival at the airport. Checked baggage may not exceed 149 cm x 119 cm x 171 cm and up to 3 pieces are allowed.

Were available to speak on the phone when the flight was cancelled
Flight cancelled on the morning. No suitable alternative. I missed competing for the GB team, having trained for 6 months. Still haven''t got my refund. They think I live in Spain and all communications are in Spanish when I live in the UK. Just trying to claim all the money for the rest of the trip back. My bike went over for the race so can''t claim that back. P
