Me,husband and my 2 sons came and stay here for 3 nite in December the room was OK the bed was very comfortable, had nice shower room it was clean and always come in to room to fresh complimentary daliy we would stay here again and the demis was very polite this hotel we stay in was low budget... more

“Made the difference ”
It's so warm and the staff Is Kind and discreet. Anytime we Needed help to find a Place to go they had the perfect solution. We also managed to book and Amazing bus trip for the highlands thanks to them. Booking here made the difference. Super Happy about It.

“Functional and value for money”
The property was close to the location we were visiting. The room was functional for our needs but a tight squeeze in areas. There's free Wifi in the hotel which is a bonus. “Please see owners reply to not so great reviews ”
On the plus side, was convient for the purpose we required it. Needed a place to sleep and have shower. Did the purpose🫡 On the negative side, 1. had to pay an extra £10 cash, which was required on arrival as the booking arrival was after 2300hours😒 meaning we paid more than was advertised. ... more

“Week exploring Edinburgh”
Friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily. Nice and close to buses for easy access to explore Edinburgh. The room was a little small and lacked comforts like a coat hook of wardrobe but given it was just for sleeping in, it served it's purpose well.
