Nice hotel, the gardens were lovely, food was good with enough choice .. Beds were comfortable, had no drawers in the room to put clothes though only the wardrobe and could of done with a bigger bin in the room. Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms cleaned daily . Good location thou if you had difficulty walking the steps to the promenade were alot and the hotel was on a busy main road.. Resort had a lot to do, plenty of places to eat etc ...you do get pestered alot thou with street sellers even when you eating in the restaurants they come round the tables !.

“Disappointing”

No way is this a 4 star hotel. Only 1 receptionist on the desk so long queues. If they are dealing with you and the phone rings….off they go to answer it. No way is this a 4 star hotel. Only 1 receptionist on the desk so long queues. If they are dealing with you and the phone rings….off they go to answer it. You’re given a card with meal times and the Wi-Fi code. When we went to dinner in the evening we left the card in the room as nobody told us we needed to take it with us. Despite having our room number on a list we were sent back to our room on the far side of the hotel like naughty children to get this piece of paper! We complained to the restaurant manager who was rude and just put his hand up and said “finished” and walked off. They only do bottles of wine and not by the glass so if you want a glass you have to go to the bar upstairs and bring one down….perish the thought you would like a second glass as you would have to go back upstairs. There were really long queues for stir fry’s and hand cooked food so if your partner wanted a different meal you either ended up eating tepid food or eating separately. Most of the food was not marked what it was so you had to guess. On the plus side the room was nice and the grounds lovely although there were no coffee making facilities in the rooms either….so not sure why this is not a 3 star.

“Nice 3* Hotel”

Stayed in April 2024 with wife & 2 daughters (16&12). On arrival our room was not ready so went away for an hour. We were staying in room 064 with the worst view of any hotel I have ever had. Looked on to a car park & derelict building. The room had 2 small double beds. These were comfortable enough. We requested extra pillows. Safety deposit box included in price of room. We were left 3 complementary soft drinks on arrival. Bathroom was a shower over a bath. Toilet paper like the old school tracing paper. Bottom ripped to shreds. The towels can only be described as prison issue. They were so thin and rough. Poor quality. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is terrible. Very rarely worked in any areas. We were half board. Food was not great at breakfast or evening meal. It was a bit like school dinners with people jostling to get in for food. Lots of coughing over the food as well. Staff were so slow to clear away plates. Even though we did not enjoy quality of food, there was lots of selection. On our 1st night, Front of House guy was having a stand up row with a family of 3 who had sat a table for 4. Not a great 1st impression. A gripe of mine is that you cannot go to pool until 10am. I am an early riser so like to read/swim before breakfast. Unfortunately not an option at this hotel. This would put me off returning. The pool area could be doing with a clean up at night time. Beds reserved as normal. Pools are good. Plenty space. Pool towels can be hired for a €10 deposit per towel. Deposit returned when towels handed back. Hotel location is good. You’re about 15 mins walk to Marina. Lots of nice restaurants around as well. Hotel is on a hill so if you have mobility issues, might not be the hotel for you. Also next to a busy road and was quite noisy but i don’t mind this. There is an underpass that takes you down to beach. Lots of supermarkets in the local vicinity. Benalmadena as ever was fantastic as was the jewel in the crown, La Carihuela. A must visit. Weather was fabulous in April. Doubt we would return to hotel but that’s due to us preferring to be closer to La Carihuela and Torremolinos. It’s a nice 3 star hotel in a good location.

On arrival the reception was lovely clean fresh airy. We arrived 1.50pm was told our room wasn't ready until 2pm so come back. We went back receptionist was nice she said we have a lovely big room. On arrival the reception was lovely clean fresh airy. We arrived 1.50pm was told our room wasn't ready until 2pm so come back. We went back receptionist was nice she said we have a lovely big room. Great we thought on the ground floor went to our room where there was 2 double beds one single bed outside was one of the worse views IV had in a hotel there was a balcony facing a decrebid building. Drinks reasonably priced at the bar. Entertainment. Well a lot to be desired the guests all looked miserable first was bingo then a singer or flamenco dancers as soon as it finished at 11pm there was nothing else it went deathly quiet and everyone went to bed. First night the people in the next room was so noisy shouting and swearing at the top of their voices . Breakfast plentiful but cold so we went to the bar over the road the rest of the time where it was lovely. Average hotel would I stay again No
