Well what can i say ...all positive. The reception staff so welcoming and easy early check in. Had lunch on first day no problem. Dining room staff all very pleasant and there to help you all the time. food was lovely at all times. Served drinks quickly and just happy pleasant staff. . Room was spacious lovely soft bed and pillows ... bathroom had separate shower which was handy. Very clean and tidy everywhere. Clean towels every day. Lovely patio area and the air conditioning worked well. The pool area was again spacious your not on top of each other. Very clean and we had a lot of fun with the lovely animation team Mario Mar and Johnny at the pool side.

Once we landed in Alicante we made our way straight to the bcl hotel upon arrival we was happy with how the hotel looked once we went inside and headed to reception we was greeted by the friendly staff who was happy to see us We went to our room on the 6th floor we walked in and the room was just amazing and very spacious we went to the balcony and we had an amazing view of Benidorm and the lovely pool and bar area The entertainment team are the best they always played games and was always happy to us when they arrived at the hotel we played all games including darts aqua Zumba and beer pong during the 10 days we was there on a night time it was different as they had shows and more games on from 10 best on was the live show put on by the entertainment team it was a night to remember I can’t thank you enough for a good holiday makes a change then sleeping on a sun lounger Food at the hotel was so nice we had breakfast included on a morning and it’s was like all you can have style. Thank you to all the hotel staff and most of all the entertainment staff that is at the hotel for the best 10 days I have had in Benidorm you lot are a credit to the hotel keep up the hard work ( also drink loads of water)🥵

“Changed My Life!”

Now that a few days has passed and I'm no longer sad to be back in the UK (complete lie, but we move), I can share my experience with this hotel! For me and my friends we were here for 10 days, 10 beautiful days. On arrival the rooms were in fabulous condition. Neat, tidy and very clean too! Big shout out to our cleaner Rosa! 🫶🫶. In our package came free Breakfast and use of the gym facilities. I'm glad my stay was 10 days as it gave me days to switch it up for breakfast, whether that be Pancakes & waffles with syrups or a more fry-up type of Breakfast! The hotel bar both indoor and pool side were staffed by some of the kindest and most respectful people I had ever met! Hannah, Maxim along with a few others were all extremely welcoming, as well as forgiving for my horrible Spanish! 🫶🫶 Whilst staying at Levante BCL we enjoyed multiple things around the hotel itself like the Tropical bar across the road, the China Garden (wonderful Chinese restaurant). All that being said is nothing compared to the Hotel's entertainment team! Many activities during the daytime (for free😉) included Sangria Show, Wine Tasting. It also included Water Polo, Aqua Zumba and an interesting game that's similar to Tennis called Padél. It didn't stop there, at 10pm there were Dance Battles, Live performances from Singers and Acrobatics! Perfect! Even a little bit of Bingo with a twist! Everyone at BCL Levante touched our hearts with their compassion, patience which is why when we do go to Benidorm again, we will definitely stay at BCL Levante. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I honestly cannot reccomend this place enough! ❤️🥰

Previously, I stayed in this hotel in May 2023 and enjoyed so much we returned in October. Excellent hotel with large comfortable rooms. They rooms have a fridge and water is provided on first day. All rooms face the pool and balconies get plenty sun. They have chairs and a table to relax at. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice and competent, helping us locate some lost property from our previous stay. She also arranged a bottle of wine and chocolates be sent to the rooms as we were repeat customers - this was very much appreciated We stayed B&B basis, and breakfast is excellent. Continental and fried breakfast offerings, love that they cook back bacon to request and not just streaky bacon. Plenty choice and quantity available. Only problem we had was our shower, which is in a separate cubical not over bath (this also doesn't work just for show?) the cubical shower has great water pressure but unfortunately ours was faulty and kept going boiling hot and freezing cold. We reported this to the hotel 5 times in total but it never not got repaired during our stay even though matience were telling reception it was, and a large christining party meant we couldn't change rooms. This hotel is not adults only either as advertised. There was a baby present on our last 2 days - assume from this christing party. It wasn't a problem this time but i wouldn't return if the hotel starting allowing lots of children. Otherwise we will happily return
