“Great time in Quebec City”

“Excellent Assists by Hotel PUR concierge.”
Everyone on staff were so kind and accommodating. Of special note was M. Jacques, a concierge at Hotel PUR. Repeatedly, he went above and beyond my expectations when I requested his assistance over the three-day stay. I am so grateful and it made our stay in Quebec City an absolute joy!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location was very conveniently located! Jacques was such a knowledgeable and friendly concierge. He suggested dinner and sightseeing locations and they were perfect! We’re going to miss him!

“Accessibility is a problem!”
We reserved an accessible room. We got what they called accessible, but it was far from accessible. I had stressed at time of booking that due to severe mobility issues, we required a toilet with grab bars to help hoist one off the seat. There is one bar only, and it is behind the toilet.
