We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2023. We'd been slightly worried ahead of this due to some of the reviews on here. But I guess some people just can't be pleased. As we were there 2 weeks the main meals did become a little samey, however, the addition of the burger bar style restaurant at lunch times broke this up for us. Food was always lovely, great variation of options available, and there's always chips for those with a "limited diet" ! We ate out locally but were disappointed that everywhere local just seemed to offer burgers, toasted sarnies and chips. Further afield we enjoyed some wonderful seafood. Pool was clean, staff were all lovely, remembering our choice of drink, making jokes with us, and although busy they were always happy to help. We didn't see much of the entertainment, but saw a singer by the bar who was brilliant. The local beach is beautiful, and the bus service is great, we did a few day trips via public bus and were very pleased. Having been a few times to the show, i would definitely recommend the Pirates Show. Overall, we were very pleased and if we were planning to go back to Majorca we would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

“Good all inclusive resort ”

Spent 3 nights with my 11 year old daughter in mid October. Transfer was around 90 minutes. Didn't mind too much as we landed just after lunch, but if it was a late flight, wouldn't have been Ideal. Our room was in the main building. Wasn't huge, but big enough for the 2 of us. Clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, but could have done with another pillow, but that's personal choice. We overlooked the front of the hotel, but was still a decent view, with trees out the front. Main road wasn't an issue. Downfall was the walls are sooo thin (thank you to our neighbours on the first night for entertaining us with your singing 😂) The pool area was lovely. Kept clean and plenty of sunbeds to go around. Ok, they aren't padded, but I still managed to lie on them using a towel. The onsite shop was handy. Very handy walk to the beach. The food wasn't too bad. Not my first all inclusive resort in Majorca, so knew what to expect. Yes, got a bit repetitive at times, but you definitely won't go hungry. The snack bar was handy for during the day. Had turkey on the last day, which wasn't great, but I just went and got something else instead 🤷 Dessert options could have been better, but I don't eat alot of dessert, so didn't bother me. Bar staff were friendly. There was always a queue for the bar, but they cleared it quickly. I think the cup idea was really good. Kept the pool and bar area tidy. Entertainment in the evening wasn't to my taste, but again personal choice. They worked so hard and tried to involve everyone. Reception staff were abit iffy. But I'm sure it's such a long day for them and they put up with some crap lol. Cleaning staff were hard working and friendly. I had a great time and would more than likely return.

The Good: The room rates are cheap here. Its all inclusive, you wont go hungry or thirsty. Snack bar all day Huge pool and kids pool. Plenty of sun loungers. Good entertainment all day and night. The rooms are clean and good sized. Air conditioning in rooms Wifi available if you need it (at cost). Close to a town for shopping and dining. Close to a beach The bad: The swimming pools are falling apart. Loose pool tiles are plentiful. No splash area in pool or water slides No inflatables allowed in adult pool Sunloungers cannot be set to a position. The food is very basic Cups you need to hire (refundable) TV remote you need to hire (refundable) Receptionists are rude (most of them) Wifi is chargeable per device. All drinks must be from washable kids cups Only 2 drinks allowed per person at any time. Accommodation blocks are like council flats. Conclusion: If this is all you can afford, then come here, you will be fine. Its cheap here, you will have a good holiday. This is not a negative review. I would come here again if this is all I could afford. But there are much better 3 star hotels on the island and you can get much better. My biggest concern for this hotel is the state of the pool. It is in poor shape, its incredibly old and it needs re-rendering and retiling in its entirety. The pool looks like a patchwork pool where it has had patchwork repairs over the years. It needs a complete overhaul, the tiles are loose and could cause injury. I give this hotel 3 stars and this is very fair indeed.
