“Best Family Holiday!”

We where looking forward to our holiday but was worried with some of the negative reviews. However we had a fantastic time and it was better than we expected. We had a family room with a bunk beds for the kids. Okay the room is not big but it was clean and tidy and we was only in there to sleep or get changed. We had room service every morning with fresh towels. The kids loved the buffet food and there was always a good selection at Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. I was worried at first about the food because some people had put negative reviews about it. Okay it is a 3 star hotel but we are not expecting fine dining food. However the food was fresh and good quality. They also caterd for everyone. There is 2 Swimming pools and they where never busy but we did go in April. The pools where cold when you got in however you did warm up after a minute or 2. The Entertainment was FANTASTIC. Rob and his team was on top form for the whole week and made everybody feel welcome and involved. My kids loved the children activities and especially the Ninja Warrior event. To summarise for the money we paid we defiantly got our money's worth and would defiantly go back in a couple of years.

“You pay for what you get we got a whole lot more for under £700 for all inclusive including flight transfer and hold bag”

Lovely holiday good choice of food at each meal. Service good arrived late after the bar had closed due to flight delays but still given drinks. Rooms are small but you are not having a party in them.we stayed in room 61 which didn't have a balcony but 2 windows each looking over a different pool... more

Lovely holiday good choice of food at each meal. Service good arrived late after the bar had closed due to flight delays but still given drinks. Rooms are small but you are not having a party in them.we stayed in room 61 which didn't have a balcony but 2 windows each looking over a different pool (sink was in the bathroom). Yes it's up the road from the beach but a nice walk down passed bars and shops there's a bus stop across the road from the hotel for 63 cents you can go down to the center of salou. Would I stay here again yes.

This is a very good 3 star hotel. I think it's important that people review a property fairly based on how much they paid to be there. We paid £1185 for 2 adults and 1 child all inclusive for 1 week during the Easter holidays. Based on the price we paid we were delighted with the hotel and the holiday we had. The hotel is very clean, there was always a good selection at meal times and a lot of the food was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team at this hotel is honestly the best we've experienced, Mr Robb was fantastic with the adults and the children. Yes the rooms are small, you do need to take an extension cable as there is only really 1 useable socket, yes in some rooms the sink is in the room and not the bathroom and yes the balconies are very small...if these reasons are enough for you to spend hundreds of pounds more on a different holiday then do that and book for somewhere else...if you can live with these minor things, save yourself some money and enjoy yourself at the Villamarina club. We would return again at Easter time or perhaps October, we probably wouldn't go in the main season as the complex is small and we felt it could get easily crowed.

Just back from our all-inclusive holiday this is a true review. Hotel OK bit out of the way to sslou centre about 20min walk staff really nice and pleasant Rooms are small not much storage could do with a fridge but very clean with cleaners every day if required. food hit and miss but there is always something you can eat. 2 pools and roof top jacuzzi are great . Entertainment brill the team do a brill job and are great with activities through the day and night time fab with the kids . keep up the great work mr rob and raffy. All in all we had a good holiday met some lovely people. Angela
