From the moment I stepped onto the shores of Sheraton Full Moon Maldives, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nour greeted me warmly, assisting me from the boat and guiding me through every step of my stay with unparalleled support. It was my first time in the Maldives, but thanks to the impeccable service and breathtaking surroundings, it certainly won't be my last. Highly recommend this resort for a truly unforgettable getaway.

“Great experience in a mid-price range resort”

For a mid-price range resort, the Sheraton Full Moon is exceptional. We had stayed a night near the airport to avoid any problems with delayed flights or weather. The Sheraton coordinated taxi pickup from our hotel to the resort boat transfer and everything was well timed. Upon arrival, there was a reception team assisting everyone with checkin. Our room was not ready yet so we were given a nice area in which to wait (comfortable sofas, drinks and snacks). We stayed in an over-water bungalow and were amazed from the moment we walked through the door. The room was large with a fantastic view. Everything was spotless. As with any resort located on a private island, expect prices to be high. For this reason I suggest purchasing a dining package - it will save you money in the long run. The dinner buffet alone is USD$90pp. Eating dinner at one of the other restaurants will cost about the same. We ate at several different places and found the Thai restaurant to be exceptional. Reservations for dinner are required at some of the restaurants but can usually be made that afternoon in the lobby. The north side of the island (where the over-water bungalows are) is on a coral reef so you can snorkel right off of your balcony. However, it is not a good place for small children. The southern side of the island is better suited for families as it is a beach area and well protected from pounding surf. Every morning there is a short (free) class on snorkeling and I strongly suggest taking it. Afterwards we were provided with complementary equipment for use during our stay. Most of the island is like walking through a tropical garden. Ali, the head botanist, was great at explaining everything to us and made our visit special. The orchid garden is unique and worth visiting. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to return.

My family and I were treated to one of the best holidays ever. Situation only 15 minutes from the airport, the location is so convenient especially for families with young children. From the moment we got off the boat, we were treated with so much love and care by all the staff. Our kids had so much fun in the Adventure Club with their daily activities, operated and organised with so much dedication. The food was also amazing from the Feast Restaurant and other restaurants were also amazing. There is so much diversity here and the staff are from all over the world, which makes it that much more special as we get to meet people from all walks of life. We were very lucky to experience how the locals celebrate Eid with the parade and coloured powder. We made many wonderful friends but felt very sad to leave this beautiful place. Hoping to be back someday in the future.

The resort is amazing, stuff is very friendly since we arrived, our rooms were upgraded while checking in, late check out was provided as well, Nour was exceptional and makes our trip way easier, she is very helpful, friendly and nice to each one, Food was perfect in all restaurants we have been to especially the Linguine Lobster in the Italian Restaurant.
