“As soon as we arrived it was very welcoming. We were given all the information we needed straight away.”

Staff were lovely and helpful, as soon as we arrived we were informed on meal times and things that were going on in the hotel. A great selection of food to suit everyone and very nice. Room and hotel were lovely and clean. We will definitely return, this time with are family as they have a lovel... more

Lovely hotel, staff were quite arrogant apart from the cleaner and the bar lady who were lovely, room facilities were very minimal, apart from that a nice stay. close to the beach and restaurants, not many English, mainly older generation French and German guests

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations.
