Apartments still dated but good shower and location not bad,no supermarket on site but water for sale,pool area great and staff really nice but we stayed for 5 weeks and seemed to get often missed out on the cleaning rota so had to go to reception to change the towels,a pity as rest okay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room and pool area was spotlessly clean and the apartment was lovely and modern with all the necessary amenities included. It was in a great location with just a 10 min walk down to the main strip/shopping centre area (however we got taxis back up which only cost €3). The towels were changed & bins emptied every 2 days, and sheets changed once or twice during our week stay which was great. The food at the pool bar was much better than we had expected. And there were plenty of sun loungers, no need to go down early. I’ve seen complaints about the noise from the strip, our room was on the front and you could hear it faintly if out on balcony or with doors open but who goes to sleep on holiday with their front door lying wide open? So the music and noise from the strip was no problem whatsoever. We were also able to keep our room until 6pm for €30 for our late flight which I thought was a good price. However, things to note there was no aircon in the rooms only a fan which made the room unbareable to get ready/sleep in. Also the behaviours at the poolside. I understand this is an adults only, and myself and my boyfriend being a young couple we don’t normally care about PDA, but there were a lot of couples acting in very full on manor in the pool as well as on the sunloungers, just over the weekend. It made us uncomfortable and we didn’t know where to look as on one day we seemed to be surrounded by lots of couples grinding on each other in the pool and on the sunloungers. Again with along the same lines, I understand going topless at the beach is acceptable and I have no issues with that all, but I don’t think allowing women to go topless at the pool side is good etiquette or entirely appropriate, we didn’t pay £700 off pp to watch soft porn in the pool, that’s what their rooms are for🤣 The heat was immense and all we wanted was a dip in the pool to cool down but we didn’t fancy joining all the couples who seemed to forget they were in public. I think in future the life guard should be keeping an eye on this. Despite these issues this did not ruin our holiday and we would like to thank you for a lovely stay.

“Our trip.”

Nice staff and pool manager 10/10! Cleaning as purposed 5 days/week - disappointed, only cleaned floors one time at our stay and no new pillow case at all, we gave tip. Otherwise a nice stay and facilities okey. ..........................
