As usual, read a lot of bad reviews . We are currently on our last full day there now after spending the week here and I just say we've had a fantastic holiday. It's a 3 star all inclusive hotel but it's a great 3 star all inclusive hotel. I'm sure you could pick fault with most hotels but I must say that the pools, rooms, food and entertainment were great . Special mention to Ricardo and Manuel in the animation team who were fantastic with Manuel playing keepy uppies with my son inbetween all his duties Can't complain about the choice and the quality of the food , it was replenished regularly and was virtually as full at the end of the sitting as at the beginning. Even the snack bar was ok, wasn't overly necessary with the restaurant never being much more than an hour or 2 of being open but filled a hole if coming back from a trip or were just peckish The WiFi was probably the only gripe, it's ok around the reception but nowhere else, but it's not a priority for us on our holidays . Oh and people claiming the sunbeds early and not having a dedicated smoking area, not nice having to put up with it around the mini disco, kids or anybody should not have to put up with passive smoking But all in all a great holiday

When we got to our room really disappointed painting flaking off doors and windows balcony doors handle held on with one screw not secure left us a bit deflated Not all bad cleaning crew and reception staff were really good we slept well beds ok From our balcony there were a area where local homeless congregated on more than one occasion we witnessed them urinating on the hotel wall in broad daylight There was maintenance work being done on the walls by the pool which obviously needs doing now and again but was noisy also some of the H&S aspects of the works were questionable

“Value for money. Good to be used as a base. Not for anyone with mobility issues.”

The complex seemed to be originally built as a self catering apartment complex and wasn’t best equipped as an all inclusive hotel. Layout wasn't suitable for guests with even moderate mobility issues - this could do with being highlighted more to give guests a fair choice. Despite it being busy, ... more

The complex seemed to be originally built as a self catering apartment complex and wasn’t best equipped as an all inclusive hotel. Layout wasn't suitable for guests with even moderate mobility issues - this could do with being highlighted more to give guests a fair choice. Despite it being busy, we always found a sunbed and the pool areas were always clean. Staff were always pleasant and welcoming. Cleaners and maintenance did a wonderful job. Food was standard all inclusive fare & we chose to eat out each evening. However, hotel was great value for money - even when used as for bed & breakfast only.
