On the way to this hotel, I totalled up the number of hotels I’ve visited in Benidorm. This was my 11th hotel and I’ve got to say that it is right up there with my favourites. This hotel is in a perfect location. It’s bang in the mid town within walking distance of the beach. There’s some great new bars popping up near by. Check in was quick and easy. Staff on reception were very welcoming even though we arrived late. We had a small upgrade to a superior room which we appreciated and our missed meal was added to a lunch day of our choice. We loved the quality of food but did find it a bit dull at times. There didn’t seem to be any themed nights and although each food choice was identified with a written label, I wasn’t always certain if it was suitable for me. I missed the clear identification of meat type and what was in it. I don’t like prawns and one day it was within what I’d chosen when I thought it was a vegetable paella. Maybe that was my poor understanding. Breakfast was my favourite. The staff running the restaurant were so friendly. They couldn’t do enough to help us and service for drinks was very quick. The pool area is quite small but very chilled. We managed to get beds every day and it was nice to see people not reserving them and walking away for long periods of time. There is a decked area and a sun area on another level too with Bali beds. We also found the indoor pool but didn’t need to use it this time round. We went for a nosey at the gym but you needed a key card. Our room was cleaned every day. It was a very comfortable room. The beds were big with enough pillows and decent air con made for a good nights sleep. There was a tv with English channels too. We had to pay for the safe and after day one our tea and coffee was not topped up which was a shame. Everything felt safe and secure. You need your key card to access some toilets by the pool. It was also needed for the stairs. We enjoyed the cafe outside the hotel. The pool bar was attached to a beer house which was good too. I’d seriously recommend this hotel. I had no issues and the transfer picks you up right outside the door. A great hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

“Nice aparthotel, good facilities and location”

Just back from a 4 night stay at the Climia - really pleased with the apartment, very spacious, fabulous balcony, we actually had two, would recommend to request a higher floor if you, smashing views. Food in the restaurant was good, we had half board and at the evening meal there was plenty choice… more

Just back from a 4 night stay at the Climia - really pleased with the apartment, very spacious, fabulous balcony, we actually had two, would recommend to request a higher floor if you, smashing views. Food in the restaurant was good, we had half board and at the evening meal there was plenty choice, normally a couple of fish dishes always lovely, 2 meat etc and veggie options. Location very good in between old and new, even though not far from the strip, at night not noisy at all, very friendly and helpful reception staff. I would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely hotel”

Lovely hotel,good facilities in our room.Reception & resaurant staff very friendly,Food is well cooked a bit repetitive .Would stay again but it is definitely worth paying for a better room range as you get so much better comfort.

Currently at the hotel, due to leave tomorrow. Having spent a week here, I have no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised with the room facilities - stayed in room 1512, with a sea view and large balcony. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. Lots of nice handy extras such as tissues, razor and shaving foam, toothbrush, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Nice touches individually wrapped. Kettle with tea making bits and bobs although I always buy my own teabags and a cheap mug for a decent cuppa. Fridge in the room was a nice touch and a safe. We visit benidorm at least twice a year and this is the first time I can actually say the beds are comfortable. You have two pillows not the annoying long one like most places and they're lovely and squishy. Air con worked fine. Maids tended to the room everyday and left it lovely and neat. Couple of English channels on the TV although we never bothered with it. Minimal noise at night. We are half board and opened for breakfast and dinner. Food isn't really my cup of tea but you dont go hungry. If all else fails there's plenty of salad, potato items, chips and veg. There's always plenty of meat including chicken, steaks, rabbit and all sorts. Puddings were nicer than most other hotels we've stayed in. The pool area is lovely, especially the day beds on the sun terrace. We didn't eat in the Japanese place or cafe but they looked really nice. There's also a nice little indoor pool that's hidden away to the back of the hotel. Had no issues using the lifts etc,no annoying waits. Reception staff have all been helpful and friendly. Nice location, on flat land between the best of both worlds. You can swap between lunch and dinner slots, just let reception know in the morning. I can see why people come here more than once and I'd be happy to stay again.
