Haugesund is situated on the Norwegian North Sea coast between Bergen and Stavanger. The enchanting city is located on Karmsund, the historic "Nordvegen", the name given to Norway and spread over several islands and the mainland. Fishing has always played an important role.
Flam is a Norwegian village at the inner end of the Aurlandsfjord, an arm of the Sognefjord. The town is located in the municipality of Aurland, in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. Surrounded by steep mountains, waterfalls and deep valleys. The Rallarvegen road between Flam and Finse is popular with bicycle tourists.The harbour of Flam receives some 160 cruise ships per year Places of Interest: Flam Railway, it is known as one of the world's most fantastic stretches of railroad.
