We have just returned from a fabulous holiday here. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great. A lovely selection of food catering for meat eaters and vegetarians. The desserts are amazing too! The staff here are a credit to the hotel. Always smiling,helpful and giving great customer service. We really felt valued and were always warmly welcomed by the receptionists,bar staff and restaurant staff. There's also a free shuttle bus which we took to Albefuira and Villamoura. I would definitely return! Thanks for a great stay!

“Short stay this time but will be back”

We only stayed one night due to the hotel we had booked not being open until the following day. We had passed the hotel on previous visits and were glad of the opportunity to try it out. We only stayed one night due to the hotel we had booked not being open until the following day. We had passed the hotel on previous visits and were glad of the opportunity to try it out. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. We tried the bar for happy hour - €2 for a glass of wine, can’t go wrong. The apartment was big, clean and the kitchen had lots of appliances which unfortunately we didn’t need due to our short stay. Will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

There aren’t enough words for how wonderful this hotel is. If you see my other reviews, you’ll see how much I’ve travelled but this hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed with a 2 year old, a 5 year old, an adult in a wheelchair and four other adults in two rooms. It managed to be incredibly welcoming to kids while feeling like a luxury adult holiday at a very reasonable price. These were the highlights. 1) The service is the best thing about this place - outstanding. Clearly a culture of care and nurturing customer’s needs has been encouraged here with every member of staff being happy and autonomous enough to act freely to meet our needs. On the first day, the general manager offered us any help we needed with assistance for my mum in the wheelchair. We took her up on this later when we wanted a taxi somewhere and it was organised promptly and effectively. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly lovely - especially Sam the manager who went above and beyond her job, spending an hour with my 5 year old trying to remove a splinter for him! But several members of staff helped with inevitable child meltdowns and were just simply wonderful, smiley people. The kids club girls were wonderful. Warm, fun, trustworthy and exactly what you want for your children. We hadn’t intended to use the kids club (and it is a free, lovely one that offers different activities 5 days a week) but both children were keen to attend when they saw how popular the staff were! And of course Sharkie was a lovely morning addition! The bar staff made superb drinks and were consistently friendly and the hired entertainment in the bar was also really fun. 2) The food and drink - we stayed all inclusive and the range of food for a family who have fussy eaters, vegetarians and pescatarians was outstanding. But the quality of food was wonderful too - fresh fish, fruit, vegetables. And the range of drinks was fantastic with very few exclusions on all inclusive and available 10-11ish each day. We tipped on the last night because the bar staff deserve it. 3) The hotel rooms were brilliant. Bear in mind that the family rooms have a sofa bed and a double bed. Good air con and extremely clean with fridges and kitchens. Could perhaps have slightly better hairdryers if I was requesting anything but bring your own is always an option. 4) the actual hotel. The pools were lovely (not heated but wouldn’t be an issue later in year). Plenty of sun beds and kept clean and tidy throughout. Access between the pools could be a little shorter but I’m sure this has been calculated with minimising congestion in mind. The bar area was wonderful and relaxing. A range of activities available every day and free shuttle buses also available to Vilamoura and Albuferia (but book well in advance) and the lovely local beach (though this has a lot of steps down so be aware if you have access needs). 5) Well located in a quieter area with some lovely local walks available but on a bus route (we did the hop on hop off which was easy!) so superbly situated. Overall we never return to places but would love to come back here again because it was such a superb experience. “Patio Suite Hotel”

Location a bit remote but fantastic Falasia cliffs and beach within comfortable walking distance about 20 minutes. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food quite good. Weather not very good when we were there so didn't use the pool area.
