I just needed a nice, medium priced hotel for weekend getaway. Word of mouth about Hotel Harris Tebet is great swimming pool. I said okay, I booked a room for three days two nights. And I got nice clean room with bath tub. That price and bath tub...wow...and another surprise, even though the hotel is aged, it was well maintained you can see from the bath tub and...the staffs are helpful. It was a great weekend. My niece is so happy swimming and playing at the bath tub. Thanks for giving us great weekend getaway

Have been here for several times from long time ago. The room always comfy, clean, and have fresh smell. I love the aromatherapy smell and the reception's hospitality, fun, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and have many choices. Will always be back.

Very recommended hotel. Clean, comfort, best price and friendly staff. I always come here every week for business. Flexible for business. The room is wide and bathtub already bathtub. All staff very nice and helpful, especially yenny always encourage my guest.

I lodged at HARRIS Hotel, Tebet for about four weeks and my stay was awesome. The staff were super friendly and very hospitable. They were always willing to help and made all possible effort to make my stay very comfortable. The Hotel is a little old but facilities still function decently. The internet worked very well except for on very few occasions where the speed dropped a little bit. The quality of the food was also very decent. General complaints/concerns were resolved promptly and I also got some perks and privileges for being an extended stay guest. My stay actually felt much shorter than it was simply because they made it comfortable. There are some shopping malls within few minutes from the hotel where tourists and business folks alike can pretty much get all they want. The little minuses however are the very few options on the food menu and also few sports channels on the TV stations list. These two need to be worked on to give guests more culinary and entertainment options. Overall I would say virtually ALL members of staff that I interacted with during my stay were amazing. Specifically Radar (the Front Office Manager), Yenny, Ranny and Niken were VERY helpful. I will DEFINITELY lodge here again whenever I am in Jakarta.

This hotel not recommended for family with baby, the wifi connection very poor, and the staff not helpful mostly the helper boy when u asking about the mineral water he just said only 1 you can get but better with Harris Kelapa Gading or Festival City Link the staff very helpful when u asking about water they give u the bottle, as a tauzia member i’m not recommend Harris Tebet!
