Brilliant place. Absolute gem. No idea why this is rated 3.5/5 on trip advisor. Some people must have very very high expectations and there are plenty of much more expensive hotels if this doesn't fit the bill. Hotel is in a great location to enjoy all of Benidorm. Daytime reception staff could be a bit friendlier/welcoming, all other staff pleasant and friendly.
