“Another great stay!”

This was our third time staying at the GF Isobel, we spent 2 weeks there. It just seems to get better every time. We got one of the bungalows again, seem to have a better location every time, they are comfortable and functional. Fantastically clean! We are a family of 4 with boys aged 11 and 8. They are a bit old for the kids club now but the Animation Team work tirelessly and if you have little ones they will love it. The staff throughout the hotel are outstanding, from reception to porters, cleaners, serving staff, bar staff - just top notch service and nothing is too much trouble. We arrived and were in our room in less than 10 minutes. The food is another big plus, it’s nice and huge amounts of choice. We like to eat out a few times so the only suggestion is maybe letting people know what the theme nights in the restaurant are every day. Even the staff didn’t know and there were nights we didn’t want to miss. The Oriental nights food was gorgeous. They seem to be constantly making improvements, over the space of a few days a man worked tirelessly repainting the walls outside our rooms and it looked great. If you’re interested in the late night shows, they’re a bit hit and miss but we’ve come to love them. All of the Magic and dance shows are really high quality but the Michael Jackson show was brilliant, a really nice man too who posed for photos. It was just a fantastic 2 weeks for us in an amazing hotel that feels like being in a small village in probably the best part of Tenerife. See you all next time and thanks for everything!!! We love this hotel. It doesn’t feel like a hotel but a small village, staff very friendly, food is good quality, pools are good. Just a very short walk from the beach if you wish to go. Of course the restaurants are busy, but the staff are extremely efficient. Evening entertainment was fun and the kids enjoyed that.

“Great family holiday”

Just back from a week stay, the hotel was lovely and clean. All the staff all work so hard. We stayed in an apartment and it was lovely, it was big and had everything we needed and more, plenty of storage space and a balcony. The rooms were cleaned everyday. If you like sitting on the balcony at night reading your book, like we do, beware the outside lights go out around 11pm. As we were all inclusive we had plenty of meals in the hotel. Breakfast was ok normal things for breakfast, lunch we went to the restaurant a couple of time and there was plenty of choices so always got something. Dinner was lovely plenty of choice, there is something for everyone, even my little one was trying things she would not try at home. We did use the pool side bar buffet at lunch and there was always something for everyone again and you could graze all day instead of eating loads in one sitting. We went to all 3 pools and loved the relaxing pool the best. You can not get a sun bed until 10am at any of the pools, security patrols this to ensure no beds are reserved. Once it reaches 10am they take away the barriers and everyone runs to a bed especially round the main pool, not so much round the kids or the relaxed pool. You can get towels from the lifeguard each day by giving your room number. The kids pool is great although it can get slippy when going between the slides as some kids that were running did fall. Mini club was great, you do have to book a space as they have a 10 child limit. This can be done 15 minutes before it starts. The mini disco was great fun the staff really got into it and interacted with the all the kids and even get the parents up with the kids. The evening entertainment was good and did not finish to late. The hotel is not far from the beach, the area around the outside of the hotel I felt very safe. I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed in two self catering apartments for 11 nights in April. Two adults one toddler and Two adults one 6 year old and one toddler. Lovely clean accommodation, small but functional kitchen area. Pools were fabulous we had a range of ages and all catered for. We stayed in rooms 624 and 625 which were quiet but right next to the toddler pool so they could have a late afternoon dip! Activities were great, including kids club, water bouncy castle and water mat. Reception was welcoming and helpful, beautiful fresh flowers on display. A couple of suggestions: -in the morning 8.30am, we liked to sleep in a little, the maid let herself in a couple of times and saw us in bed so quickly left. With a toddler in bed in the front room and all curtains closed/lights off I’d rather them not come in, panicked my toddler and woke her up a couple of times. -bar and restaurants are card/room payment only. We took cash with us which meant we had to set up a tab at reception then pay it off at the end. This made keeping track of ‘rounds’ with the other families in our group a little complicated. Absolutely loved our holiday here so much and the suggestions are sooo minimal. We are so happy and will 100% be returning! Thank you so much
