Second visit here, brought daughter, son in law and two grandchildren. They loved it. Staff great, rooms fine food good too. Downsides are pool is not heated so maybe bring wetsuit. Second visit here, brought daughter, son in law and two grandchildren. They loved it. Staff great, rooms fine food good too. Downsides are pool is not heated so maybe bring wetsuit. Hotel is isolated so be prepared to use bus or 12€ taxi to Fuengirola. My main issue is that I find I can’t stick other people anymore. If you are morbidly obese, covered in tatoos and want to vape in the dining room whilst your feral kids eat chips and haribos with their hands whilst staring at a screen, you’ll fit in a treat. But I dont anymore. Watched a sunlounger snapping under a whale of a woman was a laugh though. Off to the middle of nowhere in my moho when I return so I can escape these creatures!

There was plenty good things that we enjoyed about this hotel. The inside of this hotel is beautiful decorated with a great theme through out. There is 2 play parks, crazy golf, kids club (although my 10 year old thought she was too old for it) , large swimming pool and kids pool. As well as an indoor pool (if all inclusive you get to use indoor pool once without paying). The ten pin bowling you pay extra for but it’s only3 euros per person and worth it. The entertainment team did games around the pool side which my daughter enjoyed. Our suite was large, clean and had plenty of storage. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and 2 sinks. The balcony was also large. The not so good points was the bed was extremely uncomfortable (worse my husband and I ever slept on holiday). The food wasn’t the best. The entertainment in the evening was a hit or a miss but maybe in the summer it is better. We enjoyed the beach club which included drinks and the beach is very handy too. There is the free bus which takes you down the hill to the beach club and back up again. Ubers are quite cheap if you fancy going out somewhere else for the day. All in all we had a great time. A few changes and this hotel could be amazing

“It's more than a 3 star rating”

The hotel is impressive and one of the biggest we have visited. The staff were nice, check in was quick with information on the hotel and times for the restaurant, shops, bar and beach bar. The hotel is impressive and one of the biggest we have visited. The staff were nice, check in was quick with information on the hotel and times for the restaurant, shops, bar and beach bar. The room was spacious but could do with a refresh. The bathroom in Room 219 could do with some attention in terms of the plumbing. I did bring it to the attention of the reception staff, which they tried to rectify. Beds were made and towels were changed daily. We had no problems with the food, there was plenty of choice every day. We didn't repeat a meal. I thought there were quite a few options. There were queues some days for the popular meals with the kids. The restaurant staff were lovely too. As many have said, the beach bar is accessible by either walking down and going over the bridge or there is a shuttle bus that take you to the front gates if that is your preference or less able to walk . We never used the shuttle bus though. The walk for us was fine. The Beach club is fun for children and adults alike. We were all inclusive and got the drinks as part of what we paid for the holiday. There were ice lollies, slushies, pizzas and cocktails at a cost. The staff were lovely at the beach club too . We took Ubers to visit the Butterfly Park, Buddhist Temple and the Colomares Castle. They were reasonably priced. All in all it was a good holiday and we enjoyed our trip. I would rate the whole experience 3½ /5 and would visit again at this same time.

The hotel is absolutely magnificent.ive stayed in 5* hotels and this is as good as any if not better.it is absolutely spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and a lot more than what we were expecting for the price we paid for a week all inclusive. However. The food here really lets the place down.a lot of it is inedible.the choice sparse and,to be honest,repetitive.i luckily snapped two sausages in half at breakfast and they were raw inside.i overhead people by the pool complaining of the same thing so it wasn’t just me. If you only eat fruit you’re in luck because there is a lot of fresh fruit available and also pastries and cakes.at breakfast. If you want something hot, I can assure you,don’t bother. I feel bad about writing this because as I say the hotel is fantastic. Such a shame as I really wanted to come back and stay towards the end of the year and perhaps I will.but I’ll be self catering.
