We stayed for 4 nights as a stop over and we were impressed with the hotel and the standards of service offered. The staff are a credit in all areas of the hotel and work hard to maintain high standards. We opted for the dine around half board option and the food and service in all of the restaurants we tried was wonderful. The breakfast buffet offered everything you could want! Our room was large and modern, had everything we needed and had a very comfortable bed and pillows and was kept perfectly clean. The public areas of the hotel were well designed and impressive. It was easy and quick to get to and from the airport and taxis were readily available outside the hotel and it was good for a base to visit the other areas of the city. We walked to the nearest metro which was only about 10-15 mins walk. It is worth a visit to the Wafi Mall which is also within walking distance. We would definitely return and would recommend the hotel.

“Awesome with allergies”

I'm allergic to all fish, nuts and bizarrely coconut so travelling abroad is always a challenge! I emailed the hotel beforehand and on arrival, they'd already made their managers fully aware. I usually do this but not all hotels listen!! Chefs Vinod, Hicham and Rituwik went out of their way to make fresh, allergen-free delicious meals without much notice. They fully understood and were just ace! The hotel was very busy with families. Yet we were all very well taken care of too by Asme, Rajeev, Mayank, Abhi, Faiz, Mithun and Noyal. It was refreshing to see such a wide range of individuals providing exceptional hospitality.

Fantastic two night stop over at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai. Thanks to the team for making our stay as seamless and hassle free as possible. And a shout out to Ganga by the pool who - along with the rest of the team - worked tirelessly to make sure we didn't need to lift a finger. Couldn't have asked for more from across the whole staff group from housekeeping through to the guys on the door. Finally - although a corporate hotel which means you could be almost anywhere in the world - the rooms were large, clean and well stocked. And there is a fantastic breakfast spread (the French toast is a particularly highlight!) and great facilities. Highly recommend and would return.
