Very convenient location and usually very nice price for good quality. The rooms usually are quite spacious. it would be better to have some more amenities such as coffee or tea machine. Staff are Ok but are not proactive to try to help you

“Basic”
Pretty basic all round. Air conditioning was not great and I had two single beds that were pushed together as a double.

“Average hotel, good location”
I liked the location. The hotel is just average. Nothing special to remark here. Nothing fancy, just a plain hotel. A place to sleep and go. I didn't like that the room's door is not sound proof. The price is fair for Madrid, that was the only reason why I chose this hotel.

“Nice Hotel in an Excellent area”
Hotel is nice. Staff is very friendly. I don't give 5 star because of the lack of air condition in rooms. It is just Hot or off. It is not possible for guests to manage room temperature. We had to open the window in order to cool down room temperature. Also, walls are very thin.
