The best of the hotell in sunny Gran Canaria with the best staff and food, and the premium-room with amazing sunset. We have been there many times and look forward to coming back again soon. We can happily recommend Suite Princess strongly to all .

This is the second time we have been to this hotel and we will be rebooking again for next year. We love it here, it provides all we need, clean, spacious rooms, good food, great staff. The addition of the pool bar has made a big difference and is great, especially in the late afternoon when they sometimes have live music to bring a day of sunbathing to a close. They have also introduced lunch in the main restaurant which was different to our first year and this was much better, no queuing and the lunches were much improved on the previous year. We’ve been to Mogán both times as we love it and the courtesy bus is very convenient. It has such a lovely, relaxing feel to this hotel that you do come back home feeling totally relaxed. The only thing I would say is that whilst the entertainment was good on a few occasions, it was lacking on some nights where there was only music in the piano bar. The tribute acts were brilliant and Party under The Stars was great, I just wish it went on for a bit longer as we had such a good time! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel… the staff are brilliant, the rooms are clean and nice and big, there’s no stress trying to find a sunbed, the food is good. We met many couples who had been before so that and the fact we are returning again is testament to how great we think it is.

Second time we’ve stayed here which speaks for itself. It ticks all our boxes - great location, food, entertainment, friendly and helpful staff. Taurito is lovely - just enough to do and easy access to other places including the courtesy bus to Morgan. Only negative is that on arrival our bath had a greasy dirt rim around the top.

This is our fourth time here, and we are a bit disappointed. Firstly, the room we requested was not available, even though we had an email confirmation for it. Additionally, when the holiday was booked, we also requested a room close to a lift as my partner suffers from arthritis in her knees and has difficulty walking long distances. Unfortunately, the room we were initially offered was far down the corridor. However, after explaining the situation, we were given a room closer to the lift.We also noticed a lack of guests at the hotel, which we have put down to an email sent out by TUI explaining that there is work being carried out on the hotel opposite and there could be some noise. A few people we spoke to on our way out here had chosen to go elsewhere, which could be why a member of staff said we are only at 50% capacity, which seems to have a knock-on effect.  Where on past visits here we had the main entertainment, and those choosing a quieter evening had more relaxed entertainment in the piano bar. But this week, the entertainment boards are showing nights off with entertainment in the main bar one night and the piano bar the next. I feel that due to the shortfall of guests, things have been cut back on, Even the waiters seem to be fewer because of it. In the past, you would sit down and they would come to you, but now we wait and then go to the bar ourselves. On another note, the pink gin was on the all-inclusive drinks list, but now it isn't due to its popularity. Overall, I don't think they are going the right way to encourage their regular guests to return. Lastly, I would praise all staff for their friendliness and helpfulness.
