“Clean, convenient, and courteous staff”
Very nice hotel apartment, not just a room. Everything very clean and up to date. Bathroom was the cleanest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. “Calm and tidy hotel”

“Disapointed”
For 11 years I stayed at Neptun whenever I was in Bergen. But this latest stay was disapointing. Got a room at the very back at the hotel, with stairs to walk with a very heavy suitcase.
