“Very nice hotel”
Friendly staff, went extra mile in helping. Nice breakfast and a lot of facility such was working desks

“We didn't wait for dinner”
We never waited for dinner, sitting at the table for over an hour. In the end, we had to cancel our order and went hungry. The service by waiters and a cook is disgusting

“Average at best...”
It's your basic Scandic hotel, do not expect anything else. The rooms are very basic, fairly clean, they lack all forms of ventilation an AC making it very warm in summer time. The breakfast is basic but good. If I would visit Örebro again I would choose a different hotel.

“Mediocre hotel, great staff”
No airconditioning, no information about lack of airconditioning. Great staff. Good beds. Good breakfast. All over, the hotel seemed understaffed. Planned on staying here on our way back from the trip, but we have now made other arrangements.
