Staff - all the staff reception, restaurant and maids all lovely friendly helpful professional. Location - great location 5 mins from San Antonio centre . For the clubbers 10 min walk to Ibiza rocks , es Paradise , Eden Also 5 minute walk to Lidl for supplies I was bed and breakfast- breakfast amazing they will even make you an omelette to order. Room I had a twin room for single occupancy. Room and bathroom was very clean. Comfy bed , room gets cleaned every day. Bathroom was modern. Great water pressure always hot water. Lots of towels . My room had a small fridge. I did not have kettle in my room but I know other rooms did I’m sure if you asked they would provide. Furniture a little dated in the room but functional. I had only one negative .. the hotel room doors bang . They need those slow hinges as late at night I kept hearing the doors slamming . I would 100% stay here again. Thank you En Visa for a great week. I was travelling alone felt safe at all times in the hotel .

The Hotel is currently 3 stars but this is very deceptive. The hotel is well presented with all areas clean and well maintained. The room was not the biggest but a long way from the smallest, clean and well presented. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was the sloping balcony which as an older client was uncomfortable. The restaurant provided an excellent spread which I would say covered even “fussy” eaters. Dinner was a little late for us as it starts at 7:30. Each night the offering changed but was backed by a consistent popular salad and regular items. Breakfast consistently well presented with good variety of offerings. Unlike similar hotels the drink’s including wine at dinner are included and the bar offers an excellent service for such as cocktails. I recommend the mahitas. It is situated a 5 minute walk from the centre and harbour so away from the “louder” venues so a nice quiet and peaceful sleep. We were informed when we were checking out that a refurbishment is to be carried out in time for the 2024 season as a 4 Star.

My friends and I stayed at different hotels as we booked at different time. After a night out it was closer to my hotel so we wanted to go drink a beer and move on. I was very disappointed to find out that guests were not allowed. I had a double room on my own and was denied the right to book my friend on that room using his passport. Ridiculous. We then wanted to sit down in lobby directly in front of the desk where they could see us, but we were also told this was not possible. I got into a little argument with the receptionist on night shift, nothing major, I just said it was a ridiculous rule and I was gonna leave review about this. For clarity: there was no abuse, or any anger, etc. He was so unprofessional that he kept ignoring me until the end of my stay. I must say however that all the other staff were amazing, especially the very calm receptionist from the day shift, extremely polite, and canteen staff - all very polite and helpful. So the whole hotel doesn't deserve 1 or 2 stars, so leaving 3 for my ruined experience and unprofessional handling of a unhappy customer.
