The deluxe double room was spacious and the hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in in a while! The breakfast was phenomenal. “Nice customer service from Pamela and Kamal”
Service was good especially Melia. She was soo good a customer service attendant. The hotel should employ more of her type. Not forgetting Kamal who was also very nice to customers at the restaurant. I will recommend this restaurant to any of my friends coming to London

“Poor communication unhappy camper”
Hotel clean breakfast good. Booking by 3rd party for work. Booking with breakfast and food allowance. Over 48 hours breakfast not on list both mornings. Everything was explained it would be sorted but a repeat on second morning. Felt like a thief. Tea bags not refilled which made me grumpy. Made ... more

“Spend money on maintenance”
Love this hotel and the staff are brilliant, but I stayed in a room on the 5th floor and a number of the electrical sockets were loose, one had to be moved to work, and the light fitting in the bedroom was moving around. It is clear that the maintenance in the rooms is not what should be expected... more
