“Tips to making it a good experience!”
Was livid and disappointed at first! We had a room which is located on the first floor, couldn't even sleep I was so angry.... BUT I found out in the morning after complaining that they had modern updated rooms on the higher floors. They were willing to switch our rooms at no additional cost. Custo… more
