“Bypass the carnival excursions”
We were on carnival but did not book through them. We bypassed all the excursion signs and went to the taxi area. The guys there booked a more inclusive tour with one of their taxi drivers. Fernando was adamant that he was not a guide but he was way more the knowledgeable of the area and the sights… more
