Lovely clean hotel. Excellent breakfast and no issue to get us some soya milk. A little out of the centre but a lovely 40 minute walk along the river to the main attractions. Lovely clean hotel. Excellent breakfast and no issue to get us some soya milk. A little out of the centre but a lovely 40 minute walk along the river to the main attractions. A short walk, 10 minutes to a metro station, main tram link and shopping centre. Loved the sky bar accessed by a private cable car ride. Gorgeous cocktails, ended the day with an aperol spritz! Would recommend the hotel

“Nice hotel”

Very nice public areas. Good breakfast options but eggs were cold both mornings. Room was comfortable if a bit worn. Within a couple blocks of a good local restaurant. The bathtub was rather high and that made it difficult to get in and out of it. Did have grab bars in the shower/tub.

This was a very decent hotel. When I travel, I only use my hotel room as a base of operations to sleep, shower, eat and change clothes. I do not need luxury. This was a very decent hotel. When I travel, I only use my hotel room as a base of operations to sleep, shower, eat and change clothes. I do not need luxury. NH Prague City was clean, had fairly easy access to many major sites (just take the #9 tram) and the breakfast was top notch. The rooms were relatively small but in keeping with the size of European hotel rooms but all-in-all, NH is a good hotel and I would gladly stay there again.

3 star hotel not 4. Hotel is not a 4 star. Staff were blunt! Steam room was also broken. We also asked for a double bed but got two single beds! The cupboards where also broken! 3 star hotel not 4. Hotel is not a 4 star. Staff were blunt! Steam room was also broken. We also asked for a double bed but got two single beds! The cupboards where also broken! The Bath was also too high and hard to access and wouldn’t drain the water. The Spa stunk of urine as the toilet was located between the suana and the broken steam room. A great architectural design by the hotel! The breakfast was 3 stars. It was cold and was average food. The breakfast staff were also rude. The sister hotels nh collections facilities where also not in operation even though we booked this hotel that said you’d have access to the other hotels equipment and facilities. This was extremely misleading and false. The hotel then proceeded to give us a drinks voucher to use at the bar as an apology. This was not for cocktail or spirits of what we fancied. Again misleading. What hotel apologies to you for not providing their complete services that you booked the place on, and then proceeds to give you a mediocre drinks voucher for small beers and juice. Correct, a misleading 3 star hotel. The Mattress was comfortable although we only had 1 pillow each?? This was strange. Some people need two pillows for neck support. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that provide 2 pillows per person! I couldn’t even be bothered to talk the reception to sort this out as I had already spoken to them on two numerous occasions about the other stuff that was wrong and I was very tired at this point Hotel is 3 stars. Average. Not 4. This hotel has some learning to do if wants to reach the status of 4. Completely off 4 stars on our review.
