It depends on the serviced booked with Logitravel.

- If you book a transfer service, you will find the instructions indicated on the transfer voucher that we would have sent you before departure date by email. Look out for the sign or banner with the company's logo that appears on the voucher, give the corresponding voucher to the staff that will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel.  If on arrival you didn't find the pick up point, please contact the transfer company by calling them on the number indicated on the voucher.

- If you hire a car, you will find the pick-up point on the voucher that we would have sent you before departure date by email. The pick-up points are generally located outside the terminal, once you have collected the luggage, but this may vary depending on the airport.
