SUCH a wonderful time! The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful and the setting was gorgeous. They made booking the tours, golf carts, massages, and airport transfers seemless. And Hopkins town is just a wonderful, welcoming place. Can't wait to come back.

Belize is a beautiful country, but what truly makes Belize special is the local businesses and people who create unforgettable experiences. Seiri Del Mar Hotel in Hopkins is absolutely a must-stay destination, with breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. What really impressed me was how attentive and caring the staff is. My wife visited in November and suggested adding a cultural dish to the menu. Less than 90 days later, a new dish was added. I’m not sure if it was because of her suggestion, but it certainly shows that this hotel listens to its guests and genuinely cares about the experience they provide. From the groundskeepers who keep the property spotless to the front office staff, the level of service here is unmatched. In my opinion, there is no better service in Belize — hands down. I would like to give a special thank you to Benjamin, the hotel manager, for creating such a great experience and running a well-organized hotel. Great leadership always attracts great people. I would also like to thank Edane in the front office for making our trip especially enjoyable. First impressions are everything, and she made ours a great one from the start. Scott, who I first met at the bar area, was outstanding as well. I’m not sure if he was officially the bartender, but he was always around helping everywhere — even delivering food out by the pool. He went above and beyond and even took the time to show me pictures from previous events at the hotel, which made the experience feel even more personal. Last but not least, Edisha in the restaurant was wonderful — patient, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She truly provided service with a smile. Overall, our experience was 10/10. If you stay here, you will truly enjoy Belize. I highly recommend Seiri Del Mar Hotel to anyone visiting Hopkins.

I recently returned to Seiri Del Mar in March with my family, and once again, our stay was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, and the hospitality was truly top tier. I want to start by personally thanking Edane at the front desk. She is always warm, welcoming, and communicates so clearly. Every time I arrive, she makes me feel at home and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. That level of genuine care makes such a difference. A special thank you as well to Edisha and Juan at Embers Beachfront Restaurant. They were phenomenal — attentive, professional, and always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent every single time. Dining there is always a highlight of our stay. We also loved spending time by the pool thanks to Scott, the poolside bartender. He was awesome! He made sure we had our drinks, made sure the kids were happy, and even took the time to talk with us and get to know our family. That personal touch really stood out. We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Benjamin, and it’s clear he runs a tight and well-managed operation. From the cleanliness of the property to the professionalism of the staff, everything reflects strong leadership. What impressed me most is that he truly listens to guests. When I visited in November, I suggested adding a traditional Belizean dish to the menu. Less than 90 days later, that dish was added — and it was delicious! That shows commitment to guest feedback and a genuine desire to improve and provide the best experience possible. From the chefs to the waitstaff, bartenders, landscapers, and housekeepers — thank you all for what you do. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. We love Seiri Del Mar so much that we will be holding our wedding there in April 2027, and we cannot wait to return again and again.

“Great, relaxing time”

Went to Seiri del Mar with our family of 5 and had a fantastic time. We stayed in a 3 bedroom beachside villa that was perfect for our needs…loads of space, clean, great view (sunrise over the beach every morning), well appointed. Very nice, small beachside pool with bar. Kayaks and paddle board… more

Went to Seiri del Mar with our family of 5 and had a fantastic time. We stayed in a 3 bedroom beachside villa that was perfect for our needs…loads of space, clean, great view (sunrise over the beach every morning), well appointed. Very nice, small beachside pool with bar. Kayaks and paddle boards were great in calm waters and loads of fun going into estuaries as well. Easy, short bike or golf cart ride into Hopkins. Lovely people and staff!
