“Above expectations”
Excellent customer service from all employees, specially restaurant staff. Janaína was a waitress that went above expectations to make our stay better. Bar staff made excellent Caipirinhas! We shall return.

“Three days in Maceio”
This is one of the five others Ritz in Maceio; not the top one. Any of them are part of the Carlton-Ritz chain.
