“Amazing stay”

We loved our stay at Barceló a lot. The food was very good and the wine and cocktails were of good quality. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definetely return here

“Amazing 2 weeks being very lazy but well looked after”

Loved this holiday the staff where awesome could not do enough for you, i struggle with mobility and use a walking stick, i did manage the 2 weeks while i was there, but if you use a wheelchair i think it would be too much, now the holiday what can i say the animation team worked so hard did so much for all to have fun, the restaurant was amazing not the biggest choice but what they do serve is was all top notch (sometimes you have too much choice) the theatre was active every night with good drinks, it has its own beach with sun beds as well i stayed around the pool we had the pool bar for soft and alcohol drinks all day as well as food if you missed breccie, the rooms are good size with kettle and tea/coffee you have a mini fridge and safe not to mention all the freebies in the room, shoe shine, comb sewing kit, shampoo and conditioner is also suppled as is body wash and soap, rooms cleaned every day, change towels for pool/beach every day id you want, too many staff to mention by name but all i can say is from cleaners gardeners to bar tenders and to the amazing young spanish, who is new this year but not new to managing was always smiling and spoke to you, the older guy who is manager in main restaurant in the morning who all worked so hard, they make the holiday memorable for all the effort and hard work they put in. I will deffo be returning to this hotel, if you want a lazy vacation then this has to be it, sal rei is just a short cab ride away 5 euros each way i could carry on but it would get boring with all the positives and no negatives, so all i can say to end is keep up the good work guys and hope to see you next year

The view fantastic,atmosphere was wery warm,everybody gets to know everybody in terms of staff and other quest ,which even if you are solo traveling you never feel alone,the main restaurant quite limited with food options but plany of choices at the snack bar,which i really enjoyed without the faimous getting the bad stomach, good drinks and even if there is something not in the meniu,the staff always strive for continuous improvement and listen to guests feedback, which i want to give many thank to Mateu,for adding my favourite drink the very next day,much appreciated!!! The entertainment team extremely small,but very friendly and fun to be around, they engage in conversations and activities with all the guests and made my stay very fun and enjoyable. Dany you are a star! What I didn't appreciated was the security....too much for such a quite and relaxed location,i really felt like I am monitored evry time when i go out and come back,i understand the need fore security, but too much is too much....and we are not in a war area,that gave me a feeling that something bad happened or is about to happen.
