This is just an outstanding property. Especially coming from the USA, It’s also an outstanding value. It’s a very tall and very new building perched on one of the hills of Poblado. I felt so secure staying here and the security was on point but also very polite and nice. If I had a guest come over for lunch downstairs in the lovely restaurant they were very courteous. First, I’ll start with the reception staff who is excellent and I’m so happy that they suggested a junior suite because it was absolutely beautiful. The room had two balconies, a gorgeous view, a very large and comfortable bed and a wonderful dining in Living area that you could turn into a second bedroom if you needed to. The bathroom was fantastic with nice smelling soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Lots of towels. Huge shower. The housekeeping service was always on point as well. Now let’s talk about the wellness facility. This is almost like a spa hotel because it has a beautiful indoor pool, an infrared sauna and a decent gym although the gym could use some machines and extra equipment. There’s also a music listening room. On another floor, they have a whole area for Remote work and digital nomads. There’s coffee and tea offered and it’s really nice. I’m not a digital nomad myself, but I spent some time they’re working on my computer and having cups of the wonderful Colombian coffee. The breakfast is outstanding because it has so much fresh fruit and fresh juices and they offer you eggs to order. There’s several different kinds of bread and spreads. The service can be a bit stressed when there’s a lot of people, but they’re always very polite and nice. I had some nice conversations with the staff and they always told me about fun things to do. Fabio that works downstairs and will probably be carrying your bags. Also give me great advice about The beautiful high-end mall that’s about a 15 minute walk away and also about the local drugstores and places I could walk to in the area. Although I would recommend taking an Uber because it is a bit far to walk. However, Ubers are very inexpensive and me and you can just take one down to Poblado or anywhere in the city very easily. This is such a beautiful location with the views and I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t really fault it for anything. Maybe the decor is a bit random at times with records on the wall, but I kind of liked it. It’s extremely comfortable and what makes it best of all is the polite and courteous staff who are always nice and greeted me and I really felt at home, especially traveling by myself.

The vibe is calm, clean, and elevated—perfect for focus, connection, or a reset. I’m already planning my next stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a premium experience in Medellín. Versus is set a little higher in El Poblado, offering a peaceful escape from the busy nightlife of Provenza. It’s a quick Uber ride down the hill to all the restaurants, cafés, and energy—but you’ll be glad to come back to the quiet, secure setting when your day winds down. Design: Smart, modern, and built to inspire. Co-working: Great spaces for productivity and collaboration. Café: Versus Café serves excellent coffee and fresh food. Wellness: Gym, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and more. Community: A strong vibe for nomads, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Staff: Professional, bilingual, kind, and proactive. Cleanliness: Consistently immaculate throughout. Memberships: Great value even if not staying overnight.

Great team! Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very helpful. The breakfast was good. Very healthy. The rooms were nice spaceous and clean. I felt safe. They did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. Loved the pool, it is heated. 10/10..

The hotel was just okay to me. I upgraded to a balcony suite, the balcony door didn’t lock. Housekeeping kept coming in without permission. We had a do not disturb sign on the door but they kept coming in. They do not have washcloths so bring your own. The food option were not that great. We inquir… more

The hotel was just okay to me. I upgraded to a balcony suite, the balcony door didn’t lock. Housekeeping kept coming in without permission. We had a do not disturb sign on the door but they kept coming in. They do not have washcloths so bring your own. The food option were not that great. We inquired about spa service and they told it was in the yoga room where there are cameras. Absolutely not. The hallways are dark and sketchy. And every time we flushed our toilet, it made the loudest noise like the wall was going to crash down.
