“Amazing! Not one complaint”
Amazing customer service!! Everything was really clean and the room was super comfortable. We came early the first day and they helped us check-in and get our room faster. “Great hotel lovely staff”
Stayed with my partner for just over a week, had a great time from start to finish, the views from the hotel are lovely, Nadia(one of the receptionist) was super helpful and welcoming. I really do not have anything bad to say we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena :)
