“Lovely family visit”
Excellent service, amazing breakfast, definitely worthy to come back. Every question we ask they answer with a smile, it is very centric too. Transportation to farms and cocora valley is very convenient through willis. Very comfortable beds

“Average hotel with poor customer service”
Stayed at their Santa Isabel suite and the shower had mold in the ceiling, the hot water was erratic and dangerous with the temperature fluctuations.
