“Great hotel and really great stay.”
The staff here were all wonderful, from checking in with (I think) Jhon, to having our wine opened by the lovely girl on reception, breakfast chef and staff at 6.00am helping us with boxes and kindness. “Fantastic place to stay when in Bucaramanga.”
The hotel is in an excellent location. Located right in central core amongst many restaurants and cafes with a beautiful park just outside the front doors. The rooms are very nice and updated with comfortable beds. The gym is not over the top but it is all you need to work up a good sweat. I should… more

“Clean, comfortable and quiet”
we were just one night at this hotel. But we have nothing to como about it. Every hotel’s worker was kind and friendly. Parking was not an issue as they park your car under the hotel. Breakfast was full of good flavors. For me the best was to find hot salsa. Overall. A great place to stay.

“Excellent Location and Service”
Service was beyond what was expected. The rooftop scenery was spectacular. I couldn’t have found a better location. I very much look forward to my next visit to Colombia at the same location! Thank you!
