This location truly makes the resort. Everywhere you look, you’ll find breathtaking ocean views, lush greenery, the sounds of tropical birds (and plenty to see), and, if you’re lucky, monkeys too! Bring a good pair of walking shoes, as the property is built on the hillsides. If you’d rather not walk, complimentary shuttles are available to drive you around the resort. Breakfast was our favourite meal, especially with the excellent coffee. We enjoyed all of our meals during our stay. We dined at all three specialty restaurants, and I especially loved the Oriental restaurant, while my partner’s favourite was the steakhouse. I believe every room offers a beautiful view. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade from the room we originally booked. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition—they were punctual, thorough, and conscientious every day. There are countless excursions to choose from. We preferred private tours, which were extremely well organized by the gentleman at the tour desk, along with the knowledgeable guides and drivers. I highly recommend the rainforest tour—it was an unforgettable experience and an absolute must. One of the things I loved most about this resort was its calm and peaceful atmosphere. To me, this is exactly how Costa Rica should feel. If you’re looking for a lively party scene, this may not be the right resort for you. The only downside for us was that the mixed drinks seemed a little watered down. However, considering the value of the resort, it’s easy enough to pick up a bottle in town if you prefer stronger drinks.

“Best place ever!”

Awesome place! Facilities are attractive, well-maintained, and clean. The beach is beautiful and has shade available. The food is very good at the buffets and the à la carte restaurants. Awesome place! Facilities are attractive, well-maintained, and clean. The beach is beautiful and has shade available. The food is very good at the buffets and the à la carte restaurants. The staff is friendly and polite. Jose at the desk got us the room with the best view! Carlos at the tour desk was awesome. He helped us find the tour that was perfect for us! Lorena and Dana at the spa were lovely. My husband and I got the massage and facial package for couples and it was fabulous. I would 100% come back and also recommend to others!

“Wonderful place to stay for peace and quiet”

Very nice out of the way all-inclusive. If you want remote and tropical feel, it is a great location. It was beautiful, the staff were great, the food was play with breakfast being best. There were also a few amenities I didn't know about until midway the trip or even the last day, read the book in your room! The room was spacious, slightly older feel but nice for the location Overall I would say for the value, if you want alone time in a beautiful place, this is a good pick
