We chose this hotel for location: near San Antonio and close to Manuel Antonio national park. It was a great 4 night pit stop. Everything was working smoothly, nice activities. The only dissapointment was, that the sea was not swimmable: too big waves and lava rocks. Golf was great, nice suuroundings and very good service. Thomas, thank you for your great attitude and problem solving skills! And thank you Tatjana and Katarina for taking so good care of our rooma. We really appreciated it.

We recently hosted a company meeting at Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort from June 14–19, 2026, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment I began planning until the day we departed; every aspect of our event exceeded our expectations! First and foremost, I would like to recognize Rafael, the exceptional Meeting Planner who worked with me throughout the entire process. Rafael's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are truly unmatched! He thoughtfully managed every aspect of our event and ensured that even the smallest details were handled flawlessly while staying within my budget. From the beautiful floral arrangements and stunning lighting to the music, table settings, special dessert showcasing our company color pallet, and the overall ambiance, Rafael helped create an experience that was both elegant and memorable. He was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in the success of our meeting. Simply put, Rafael was instrumental in making our group meeting an incredible success and I cannot thank him enough! I would also like to extend special recognition to our outstanding banquet and service team; we got to know many of them and they got to know us. They all helped make the atmosphere fun and more engaging. Reiner, our lead server, whose level of warm, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly service sets the Gold Standard in hospitality industry. Reiner has an incredible ability to make every event feel both professional and fun at the same time. He and his team effortlessly attended to every guest in the room while creating an atmosphere that was welcoming and enjoyable. What impressed us most was their remarkable attention to detail and ability to remember guests' names, favorite foods, and beverages throughout our time there. They made each person feel valued, recognized, and special. Rainer and his team, German, Welser, Karla and Jerry demonstrated a level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication to exceptional service that had a tremendous impact on our experience. I know I have missed some of the banquet team members’ names, but every member of the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated. Their kindness and dedication contributed to the wonderful experience! The food. The food. Oh, the delicious food!! The food throughout our stay was absolutely outstanding. Whether enjoying catered meals during our meetings and group dinners or dining individually at the resort's restaurants, every meal was exceptional. The quality, presentation, variety, and service consistently exceeded expectations, and our attendees commented repeatedly on how delicious everything was. Of ‘course the seafood was always fresh and exceptionally prepared but all of the food and drinks at this property were more delicious and of higher quality than we ever expected. I already miss the amazing Guanábana (Soursop) juice and batido de guanábana (sorbet) that Rafael and Reiner introduced us to. Several people in my group said Guanábana was the best thing they have ever tasted. I also really enjoyed the Café Americanos with cream and honey that I had each afternoon in the Casa Del Cafe! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the views throughout the property are breathtaking. No matter where you are on the resort, you are surrounded by stunning scenery including beautiful birds and iguanas of various sizes. The guest rooms were cool, comfortable and well-appointed, and we especially appreciated the twice-daily housekeeping service, which kept everything fresh and welcoming throughout our stay. (Thank you Jessica!) The water on the property is purified and filtered so safe everyone to drink from the tap! The ECO Tour around the Golf Course is a MUST and I hope you are fortunate enough to have Gary as your guide. His knowledge is exceptional, and you can feel his passion for the animals, the tropical plants and trees, and the beautiful natural environment that surrounds the resort. His love for Costa Rica's wildlife and vegetation made the tour one of the highlights of our trip. I only wish I had more free time, as I would have gladly taken the tour more than once. Hosting our meeting at Los Sueños Marriott was certainly one of the best event experiences I have had in my career. The combination of an extraordinary property, exceptional food, world-class service, and outstanding event planning created an unforgettable experience for our team. Thank you to Rafael and the entire Los Sueños Marriott team for making our meeting such a tremendous success. We look forward to returning in the future!

“Great facility and service.”

Beautiful resort with all needed amenities. We had upper floor ocean view room with balcony - well worth it. Can’t wait to return.

“Nice Hotel but lots of party americans”

Really nice hotel, super service, amazing pool area and very good breakfast buffet. Lovely staff. A lot of party american tourists unfortunaltely who dont know how to behave (like eating tacos in the pool and dropping all eating in the pool)
