Really lovely helpful reception staff! Fantastic location walking distance to shops and town centre and a 5-10 minute drive (or very cheap taxi ride) to all the Monteverde activities. “An old building with no heat or AC”
We happened to stay in Santa Elena on a cold, stormy, very windy night. Imagine our surprise to find no way of regulating temperature.... no heat, no A/C.
