Having phoned the owner upon (early morning) arrival, we were lucky to be able to check into our room earlier than the normal time. Although a slight challenge to find, we called the owner again. She met us near the restaurant at the end of the road and she brought us to the green door to the property. Our room was mostly nice. It had decent A/C for the very hot days and a kitchen area with a fridge. The bed showed a long time of use and was slightly uncomfortable. The windows in the kitchen didn't have any blinds/curtains. Anyone in the restaurant could see into the kitchen if one stands too close to the window. The entrance to our room had a motion detector light that was very bright. Getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom turned on that super bright light. Overall, I'd stay again. Note: it could be a challenge to find the place and gain check in access for those who don't have international calling ability on their cell phone.

“Great place to stay inside the walls of Dubrovnik”

This is a two bedroom apartment which is located inside the walls of the old city - you can chat with people walking on the walls. Very quiet because it's about a 5 minute walk from the busiest part of the old city. It was incredible to stay right in the middle of everything because it was easy to get to restaurants, stroll through town, and just enjoy the ambiance. The manager speaks wonderful English and was very accommodating to store our luggage on the day that we left. It was difficult to find for check-in – text the manager to meet you somewhere obvious so that she can take you to the apartment.

Believe there most be several apartments owned by the Abjanic group ours was a five bed apartment described as a studio with balcony situated on Resticeva. We stayed for six nights in April. The studio was set on three levels the entrance on one the main floor containing kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on one and then another bedroom on top floor. The location could not be bettered inside the city walls and as such close to all bars restaurants and places of interest. The apartment had two balcony's one overlooking the sea and Lokrum island. This balcony was approximately 10 foot away from the city wall as such was far from private however led to some interesting conversations to tourists from all around the world. The second balcony was to the rear and overlooked a church that was being restored. This was very atmospheric. The room had a fridge, cooker shower no bath. The room was clean but a tad shabby. The rate paid was very good although it was the first week of the season it was a good time to visit as Dubrovnik does get very busy with cruise ships later on in season. Any body with mobility issues would have to think about using this location as the steps were steep however the location was unique and made for a special holiday.
