As a retail manager at sea majority of the year I need a break to gain my sanity and that is what I have found here over the last 6 years. I have stayed in various room types with/without balcony and or view however that never changes my experience as let’s face it “who goes on vacation to spend it in the room!” It is always very clean and nicely presented wether it’s a newly renovated apartment or the cute Croatian style I love them all. Best of all the family is very helpful and you have a great shared terrace with beautiful views and if you so fancy it a hot tub to relax in the evening! Amenities are close by with some great restaurants like Eden and Atlantic just a flight of stairs below. Yes stairs! Lots of them in the area so if your like me and like to prove your unfitness on a daily basis and see your improvements over your stay go for the challenge! If not you can take the elevator in the nearby hotel and you’ll come out on the sunset beach area. Airport transfer is fantastic, a friendly ride just for you! My only downfall is i have to return home/work! Until the next time, thanks for another great stay!

Fantastic location with some amazing views of the town. Short walk to the beach and has some great restaurants very close by. Fantastic location with some amazing views of the town. Short walk to the beach and has some great restaurants very close by. Greeted with a glass of juice and treated to some cake mid way through the stay. Very clean and smart rooms with a shared use balcony and some with own balcony. Bus stop to old town 10 mins walk, then a 10 min ride on the bus.

“Nice place for holidays”

A small room for two, but a really large terrace. The jacuzzi was exclusively for our use. The beach is indeed a short walk away, but the stairs are terribly long! A small room for two, but a really large terrace. The jacuzzi was exclusively for our use. The beach is indeed a short walk away, but the stairs are terribly long! Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The owner’s family is very nice. There was a lovely dog that waited for us after our day trips. Breakfast was delivered to the apartment every morning. Very generous! We stayed in July 2023.

“Would recommend a stay”

We had a lovely room with our own kitchenette area, our breakfast, that was delivered each morning, included bread, meat, cheese, juice, milk, tea, coffee, jam or honey, a small snack and a piece of fruit, it was very good. We had a lovely room with our own kitchenette area, our breakfast, that was delivered each morning, included bread, meat, cheese, juice, milk, tea, coffee, jam or honey, a small snack and a piece of fruit, it was very good. We were staying for 7 days, our towels and sheets were changed a couple of times and the bed was lovely and comfortable. We had a large balcony with a view, 2 chairs and table, I would have liked a sun lounger, both neighbouring rooms had one. Zoran who drove us from the agency near Dubrovnik old town,where we had to go on our arrival, gave us some local information and also offered to drop us at the bus station for our return trip to the airport, he was very helpful. There are a lot of steps from Lapad resort, but we were fine with that, would highly recommend a stay.
