We had a really enjoyable stay at this comfortable hotel. We arrived quite late and were greeted warmly. The restaurant had closed for the evening but a cold supper had been left for us which we greatly appreciated. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the waterside area including the frequent cruise ships. Beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent. As it was warm during our stay we kept windows open overnight, the only issue was that there was a little noise. We stayed half board and the food was excellent. Some of the best hotel buffet food we have been served in any destination!! Given the relatively high cost of eating out in the old town, we really appreciated the generous selection of dishes and the consistency of quality in the hotel restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant and the surroundings were lovely. Service was friendly and drinks were good value. If you’re considering a stay in Dubrovnik this hotel is to be recommended. There is a frequent bus service into the old town and walks around the Lapad peninsula directly from the hotel door!

Everything was fine but if anyone is booking a double room in this hotel please make sure the room has a double bed and not 2 single beds joined together. “Pretty nice hotel”

Stayed here for a week in October. Plus Hotel has a pool, its outdoor, we didn't use nor were many using in October. A few loungers around pool, no issue in October if you wanted one. Stayed here for a week in October. Plus Hotel has a pool, its outdoor, we didn't use nor were many using in October. A few loungers around pool, no issue in October if you wanted one. Room was a good size, was in Superior bit at the front. Had a bath and shower, 2 basins, good bathroom generally. Food selection was good, we had half board so experienced breakfasts and dinners. Nice selection of hot and cold for both and always good selection of fish and meat at dinner. Mini fridge in room as well as kettle and coffee machine. Staff all very nice and helpful. Good location (assuming you don't want a beach). We walked a lot and visited the old town several times which was easy on the bus and we walked it there and back one day (ignore stupid Google walking route, use Apple Maps). We ate out a couple of times, once in old town and once just next door, several nice restaurants next to hotel. See other reviews. Negative Air con turned off centrally. It was still a bit warm in October so window open which was ok but could be noisy at the back of the front hotel part. Some loud chatting and even singing at times from what I assumed was the staff. Bed very creaky and door very squeaky, both needed some attention (room 20 if hotel needs to know). Breakfast eggs being cooked at a station and put out, not cooked well. Totally over done on the bottom and not cooked on the top. Scrambled egg would benefit from not being such a big batch and left under the heater. Note to hotel - please review the staircase. The flimsy plastic between the large gaps in the spindles and the fact that on the 1st floor there is a child size gap was a bit worrying. A kid could walk straight over the edge, please have a look at it.
