“Sofia, our lovely waitress from Florence”

“Rooms need some TLC”
Although we enjoyed our holiday in Dubrovnik the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik is NOT 5-star hotel. Its lobby, lounge and bar areas are all very nice but it's the rooms that let it down.
