The hotel is in a good location, next to the Arch of Sergii. Clean and near restaurants and shops. Not too far from Pula Arena. I arrived by taxi from the airport, 50 Euros, which was extortionate, nothing to do with the hotel but if offered a taxi when leaving the airport, decline and catch the shuttle bus or do Uber. This first impression of Pula annoyed me. I would not return to Pula but if I did I would stay in this hotel.

The hotel is therefore in a great location by the old town. Very close is also the shopping hall area where you can find good places to eat. The hotel is therefore in a great location by the old town. Very close is also the shopping hall area where you can find good places to eat. There are also shops, cafes and shopping nearby, so the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel room was really small, but quite functional. However, there was no place for suitcases, no refrigerator, or the possibility to make tea or coffee. However, the room had a reasonably comfortable bed, a good shower, air conditioning and it was clean. We met several of the staff and they were all nice and helpful. If you arrive by car, the hotel has a parking area nearby and the rent is reasonable. Breakfast is not served in the hotel, but guests can get a discount from the restaurant downstairs and at least the breads filled with it and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel can be highly recommended and overall it is really good.

“An enjoyable short break in Pula”

Excellent location right in the heart of the old city. Clean and comfortable accomodation, if a little basic. Friendly, helpful staff. Can be a little noisy at night due to local restaurants and bars, however, they are also very convenient.

Stayed for 1 night. When I checked in the elevator didn’t work past the 1st floor, but I was willing to overlook it. I was given a card with the code for my room but the code didn’t work and a loud siren came on, so I had to return to the front desk and have them fix it. The next morning my bathro… more

Stayed for 1 night. When I checked in the elevator didn’t work past the 1st floor, but I was willing to overlook it. I was given a card with the code for my room but the code didn’t work and a loud siren came on, so I had to return to the front desk and have them fix it. The next morning my bathroom cup was very dirty with old toothpaste so I avoided using it, and one of the hangers on the bathroom door had fallen off. I go to the front desk at check out and inform them them of how many mistakes there had been in less than 24 hours and despite asking very nicely for some sort of compensation or perhaps a small breakfast from the restaurant they work with, I was told that they didn’t think it was real mistakes and the manager didn’t pick up the phone. If they had admitted to the mistakes and given me a better check out experience or simply apologized properly, i would have given a higher rating, but things that are dirty and problems with BOTH codes and elevators, is unacceptable when you pay 120€ :/ I do give it 3/5 because the room was nice, the view from my window onto the street was stunning & the employees on the day I arrived were super nice and helpful and let me stay a little past checkout time :) very cool - but not worth 120€.
