Location: This all inclusive hotel is situated on one of the coral islands of the Jardines del Rey archipelago, just off the northern coast of Cuba. It is located on one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world (about 1 km long), is surrounded by tropical vegetation and was specially designed for couples and families, for weddings or honeymoons. “Great hotel for couples or family.”
Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and the best stretch of beach in C.Guillhermo (beats Playa Pillar). Food is great for Cuban standards (lobster every other day) and you get a very friendly atmosphere (it really helps if you learn a little Spanish and tip). “Awesome like always”
My second time here, last time was in early June 2024. Only negative point is my room was next to the theater and music is very very loud. Often from 7:30 am until 2 am every day which I find kind of disturbing if you want to sleep well. Besides this, this resort is really great, staff is like fami… more

“lobster included on saturday!! wow”
Had a great solo trip Toronto to Hotel Vigia Sept 14 to 21st. It was a great price. I was very impressed with this resort. There is lobster included on Saturdays! The food was very flavorful and I had a full belly all week. I am not much of a drinker so i don't have much to say about the drink… more

“Flies infested dining Buffet”
Main buffet infested with flies..... Snack area (pizza, and churros) gives priority to locals Spanish speaking that doesn't need to line up and overtakes the one who is online for almost 20mins...the worst receptionist doesn't know English and again gives priority to Spanish speaking guest we arriv… more
