Speaking of the hotel, my experience wasn't very good, except for the cigar bar... smoking the cigar recommended by this lovely and very professional girl, Vanessa, definitely improved my stay. Thank you, and I would return for another cigar!

Surely a nice hotel, but not really up to standards of other Kempinskis. Room was nice, though some private boutique hotels elsewhere in Cuba were far nicer.
