“I am here 5 times a week. The waitresses are always pleasent and very nice”
The waitresses are the best in all of Cuba!! The food was excellent but the service was the best!!

“Rooftop bar”
I visited with my husband and six other friends. We weren’t staying in the hotel but we visited the rooftop bar. We had a very attentive bar staff, although I didn’t get his name unfortunately. But the cocktails were great and a lovely atmosphere.

“Location and excellent customer service.”
Totally recommend this hotel for your stay in Santiago de Cuba. The people that work there love to help you with any questions you may have. The hotel is in the middle of the main plaza of Santiago. Check out the rooftop bar at sunset. Excellent experience.

“Excellent”
The staff was welcoming. My room was clean. The location is in the heart of the city. Even though we arrived at a late hour due unforeseen circumstances, all was ready for our arrival. All said and done, I recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in this city
