“Room need to be repaired”
I was in Sanctuary at Grand memories last July, and have a Amazing trip. This time, I stayed in Grand memories. The beach and food are same, same friendly staff, but the room condition is not good, door lock is broken, balcony door is hard to open and drawers is damaged.
