Stayed in Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa for 10 nights in early June 2026. We were part of a wedding party that, at it's peak, consisted of more than 40 people. Ages ranged from 2yrs old to people in their late 60's. There was something for everyone. Although we're were all inclusive it was easy to hire a taxi from reception if you did want to go out and explore the town. Food was great with a huge choice at the buffet plus various other restaurants some of which you had to book in advance. Drinks were top class with a great cocktail list. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you and always with a smile. Rooms were cleaned every morning and the beds were very comfortable. A big bonus was that the main bars closed around 11, although you could still pay for extra drinks at the reception bar after hours if you wanted. There were no wild parties to keep you awake and we were really surprised how quiet the rooms were. The wedding itself was exceptional and so well organised. Beautiful setting and we couldn't have asked for more. Once again, thank you and big round applause to the staff. 👏👏👏👏👏

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely incredible experience at Serenity Spa, Olympic Lagoon Aiya Napa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional — so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The spa itself was immaculate, with the most beautiful atmosphere and calming scents throughout. The oils used were amazing, and every detail made the experience feel truly luxurious. A special thank you to my beauty therapist, Fontini, who was outstanding. The massage was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had — incredibly relaxing, professional, and performed with such care and skill. I feel like I'm floating, she got into every knot and eased them out. Don’t just walk to Serenity Spa… run! Treat yourself to an exceptional massage and a truly unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough. 💆‍♀️✨

We are currently staying from a two week holiday and down to last few days so good time to do a honest review in my opinion, make it easy I am just going to list what I personally think are the good and bad points Good points Food is decent no issues there, good selection and quality is fine Staff are all friendly and service is ok on the areas you get table service Pools are good for the kids apart from there is some sharp tiles or something in the pool, lot of kids with cut toes, would advise pool shoes for them Room are done daily but not convinced the bed has been changed, cleaners do leave it clean Allocated sun beds works if you get a decent spot Towels supplied are good hook on sun bed and get two for each bed Kids like the kids club Not so good Entertainment feels very much like a caravan holiday, it’s ok but needs improvement. Drinks are ok but would not say they are 5 start only little plastic cups of water at pool bar not bottled water, beer just seems flat and don’t think the cups they use helps. Sun beds needs a good clean the arms all have a thick layer of grime we wiped ours down but god knows last time they had a proper clean Your account gets shut off at 200 euros for some reason never had at a 5 star Bedding had marks all on it upon arrival mainly kids bed. If you arrive late don’t expect a drink unless you want to pay which is ok but a welcome beer/glass of sparkling etc would not go a miss They are not miles away from making it that bit better just needs a few tweaks, I try to be honest and not just pick at bits rather use it as a chance to let the hotel know where they can improve
