The Sunrise Oasis is a lovely family hotel with lots of brilliant ideas over other hotels. You are swiftly booked in, lovely clean rooms, really comfortable beds and linen. The food and drinks are plentiful and varied. You get Pool Towel tickets and on redeeming them, you are allocated your sunbeds. These are for your sole use the whole of your holiday! No one gets up at 5am to put towels on the beds, no 9am rush to secure a good place, great idea! From the Reception Staff to the waiters, bar staff, cleaning ladies, they are friendly, efficient and helpful. One Staff Member, Raj, was really special, he delivers the cases to your room, opens the big glass doors at the front of the hotel, which, as we used mobility scooters, was a big help! He helped my husband who has mobility issues, guiding him to a nice table, where we could have a Cocktail/Beer/Capuchino, all made fresh by the smiling bar staff. The Waterpark was a big hit for the teenagers in our group, but the smaller kids could use the slides too. Another great idea is that there are 4 restaurants ‘on the strip’ a short walk from the hotel. You can make a reservation to eat at these places, several times if you want, the deal was a starter, a main, a dessert and 2 drinks per person and this is all included in your hotel stay! We left a good tip, of course. We tried the Greek, Italian, and the Asian and all was good. It makes a nice change from the hotel buffet for dinner, even though the food was very good , with high quality meat. Our ONLY slight complaint was that, especially for breakfast, the plates were cold, and as with all buffet food, it wasn’t very hot, so by the time you sat down to eat it, it was cold. A microwave in the dining room would be a great addition. Try this Hotel, especially if you have children, you will not be disappointed. It’s a Hotel people will return to time and time again.

I live here with my eight-year-old son and can truly recommend it for both couples and families, diffrent pool areas makes it easy to chose. It’s a great hotel where everything is easily accessible—the distance to the sea and shopping is just a minute or so. There is a wide variety of food that suits everyone. A bonus is that you can book different restaurants to dine at even if you have all-inclusive, and you’re also assigned sun loungers that are yours for the entire stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, The whole hotel, pool and the room is fresh and clean.
